HOW INSURANCE IS HANDLED
- If you have a deductible, payment is expected in full at the time of services.
- As a courtesy, I will send claims
to the insurance company for reimbursement of my services and/or to
indicate payment towards your deductible.
- If you have secondary insurance coverage, payment is expected in full at the time of service. I will send claims to the insurance company and you will be reimbursed directly from your insurance company.
